A multi-disciplinary team provides information, offers assessment of child and family needs, individual and group intervention, family support, service coordination and inclusion support. Services aim to provide parents, families and carers with the knowledge, skills and support to meet the needs of their child and to optimise the child's development and ability to participate in family and community life.
