This booklet is a guide for parents and carers of children with a developmental delay and/or disability starting school in Gippsland.

This booklet contains information on a range of school options. It suggests points to consider when you are deciding what best suits your child. It will also help you decide what sort of support your child needs at school. As the family, you will decide which options are best. This booklet will help you in making that decision.

This booklet is based on the 'Going to School' guide published by the Victorian Department of Human Services in 1996.
